Opening Hours:  

• Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Closed on Mondays, Election Days, Chinese New Year's Eve to the third day of the Chinese New Year.

• Open on national and consecutive holidays.

• Museum might be closed due to typhoons as per announcements by Taoyuan City Government.

Group guided tour services:

1. Four scheduled tours daily (9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:30 a.m., 3:00 a.m.)
2. Each tour can accommodate a maximum of three groups (minimum of five people, maximum of 45 people) for guided tours.
3. If you need more than four groups of guided tours, please contact 03-2118800 ext.3392 for reservation.
4. For Chinese and Taiwanese tour guides, please make a reservation one day before arrival. For English and Japanese tour guides, please make a reservation three days in advance.

Weekend guided tours service:

Scheduled guided tours and multimedia video screenings are available on   Saturdays and Sundays.

• Fixed-point guided tours and multimedia video screenings are available on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Scheduled guided tour hours: 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:30p.m.
  • Multimedia video hours: 10:40 a.m., 2:40 p.m.

• QR Code Audio Guide: QR Code audio guide service is available in the exhibition areas. It is recommended to bring your own headphones or earphones for better audio quality.
•  The entrance has an accessible ramp for easy access for wheelchairs and entry into the museum.
• Wheelchairs and baby strollers are available for loan at the service counter. Accessible restrooms are available on all floors.
• There is a baby nursing room on the 6th floor for visitors to use.
• There is a dining area next to the shop on the B1 floor. Eating and drinking is prohibited in other areas of the museum. Prior approval is required for photography.
